MLS Photos with Captions!
When I place a home’s photos on MLS, I add captions to MLS to describe the photos and a home’s features/improvements. In the photo below the title of the photo reads, “New AC/Heat Pump Replaced in 2022.” The additional description reads… “New AC/Heat Pump (replaced in 2022), new programable thermostat, and extra attic insulation.”

The buyer’s agent commission is NOT included in my reduced commission (the 1% Listing Commission fee) mentioned above.
